​Terms and Conditions for
'KIA GT CERATO HATCH 2024'

1. Promoter Details

The raffle is conducted by St Wanas Coptic Orthodox Church (ABN: 34 964 133 717), located at 458 Burwood Road Belmore, NSW 2192.

2. Permit and Compliance

This raffle is conducted in accordance with The Community Gaming Act 2018 and the Community Gaming Regulation 2020. NSW Authority Number  GOCAU/2605 has been issued for this raffle.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to residents of NSW aged 18 years and over.
3.2 Employees, Parish council, and their immediate families of St Wanas Coptic Orthodox Church are not eligible to enter.  “Immediate family” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.

4. Raffle Ticket Sales

4.1 Ticket sales commence on 25 February 2025 and close at 2 May 2025 unless sold out prior
4.2 Ticket prices are as follows: $100 per ticket.
4.3. Each ticket provides one entry into the Raffle.
4.4 Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Prizes

5.1 The total prize pool for this raffle is valued at [$42,890].
5.2 Prize includes KIA GT CERATO HATCH 2024

6. Unclaimed Prizes

6.1 If the prize is unclaimed after 30 days, another draw held to determine a new winner.

7. Draw Details

7.1 The draw will take place at  The Waterview Pavillion, Bicentennial Drive, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW, 2127 on 2 May 2025 at 10.00pm.
7.2 The draw will be conducted electronically fairly and transparently.
7.3 The winners will be determined randomly and announced immediately after the draw.

8. Winner Notification and Prize Collection

8.1 Winners will be notified via phone within 2 days of the draw, if they are not present at the event when the prize will be drawn. The winner will also be posted on www.stwanas.au
8.2 The winner’s details will be published on www.stwanas.au within 5 days.
8.3 Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be dealt with by NSW Fair Trading regulations.

9. Liability and Indemnity

9.1 St Wanas Coptic Orthodox Church is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
9.2 St Wanas Coptic Orthodox Church shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant due to their participation in this raffle.

10. Privacy

10.1 Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the raffle and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
10.2 Participants consent to their names being published if they win a prize.

11. Disputes and Complaints

11.1 Any disputes or complaints regarding this raffle should be directed to St Wanas Coptic Orthodox Church.
11.2 Complaints can also be lodged with NSW Fair Trading.

12. Amendment or Cancellation

St Wanas Coptic Orthodox Church reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the raffle if unforeseen circumstances arise, subject to regulatory approval.

By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
